• Jason O'Shea MBE

  Jason has been Managing Director for over 30 years of his own business, Future Office Solutions, which funds all overheads and administrative costs that the charity incurs. He is married to Gail and they have four children, Courtney, Chloé, Harrison and Cameron.

• Gail O'Shea MBE

  Gail had a successful career as a financial advisor until she gave up to be a full time mum to her four children. Gail has been married to Jason for 35 years and is a keen horse woman. She is responsible for all administration tasks at Wipe Away Those Tears.
